Did i scare you?

I for once actually isn't too excited for Halloween this year. I feel like I'm past the trick or treating stage but not quite into the partying scene yet. So what's a girl to do?

I was looking for great Halloween costume ideas and picked a bunch from Silly Jokes. Once I'd seen the Thriller and HP inspired one, I was sold! Who wouldn't love a good day to play dress up as if you're going to Hogwarts?

I had a chef costume for my sister's costume party last year and it was a huge hit with everyone! Defenitely recommending the inflatables one!

I've never been a fan of store bought costumes but the Harry Potter one and both the MJ inspired ones are really nice. Plus, I wouldn't say not to having a Harry Potter costume for those thee parties :P

Within a Week

I think i'm going to start this new series called "Within a Week". Most likely to fill you in on what happens when I don't update as much as I should. And most likely because it's easier to squeeze a week's tonsa posts into one. And because I am the laziest person ever bahaha.

First is this feather earring that I made!! Yeap, these babies were not from F21 :) I should be posting a tutorial soon so you can make your own lovely feather earrings as well!! Oh and check out the necklace too! I had lots of leftover feather and I wanted to try a necklace with them.. What do you think?

I was window shopping online and I came across Obey Clothing. I know tons of friends that wear this brand so I already knew some of their items. But this was my first time on their website and I found so much things I wanted! So I made a collage for my top picks and I definitely will put this for my fall wish list!

I picked out quite a few tee shirt dresses but lately, I've been going for more comfy clothes as winter weather is fast approaching. I love being really comfortable when it's nice and cold outside and these dresses are perfect for layering! The jackets are really nice too and would be great for the fall weather here.

Easy come easy go

So today marks the beginning of my stress year. I know yesterday was the first day of school but honestly, no one does work. Instead, teachers waste time by introducing themselves and making us stand up, and "introduce yourself" to people you've been sick of for three years, that kinda thing.

One thing I'm most excited for is precal. As in pre-calculus. Weird? I know. But today I attended my first class and nothing special about the room or anything. The teacher however, is really nice and accomodating. He's also got a Smart board and a mac in his class. And his teaching skills? Nothing I've gone across before. He has all of our homework, projects, etc on a class blog and wiki pages and we're required to blog as homework!! I'm super excited about this and maybe math isn't so bad after all ;)



No one really knows that I'm far sighted and I have to wear glasses. These babies help me survive class and sometimes give me that geeky chic vibe. 1. Oh, and think my blouse seems familiar? It's this dress tucked into some polka-dot shorts! 2. Notice the primary colours of my accesories? Totally unplanned!!

Quicker than quick, faster than fast

No silly, i'm not stopping this blog. I just can't believe how fast a day goes. I swear just yesterday I submit a post, then next thing I know, it's time for another one! Omg.

Anyway i just dropped by to say that today's first day of school. I know that the phrase has been EVERYWHERE. Well, I'm quite excited. Okay no, really excited! I'm sick of those in between vacation and going out stays at home. And oh yeah, I'm a junior now, I'm continuing my volunteering at the local church as a teacher and I got my first job woooohoooo!!! It's quite a handful really, with all my extracurriculars and all but i can't wait to get started :)

PS. I should be back to normal very very very soon though! LOL
